All returns must be received by us within 14 days of original shipping date undamaged, unmarked and otherwise in original condition. Reeds must be accompanied by the original “bag tag” printed with the identifying serial number.

If you are unsure about our reed strengths, choose this option. For a small refundable deposit, we will send you two additional reeds, 1/4 strength harder and 1/4 strength softer than your target reed. That way, you can easily dial in an exact strength for you!
– Return any two reeds within 14 days for a refund of the trial fee.
– You are responsible for return shipping costs.
– Your reed will qualify for 6-month lifetime guarantee only if the other 2 reeds are returned. If you decide to keep all three reeds, none of those 3 reeds will be eligible for the 6-month lifetime guarantee.

Mr. Son graciously took his time in describing in detail the performance of the reed, and everything he said is true. The reed is amazingly consistent in all registers of the horn. Leaps become more accessible, and the altissimo really sings. Best of all, I do a lot of travelling, and different climates greatly affect my reeds.     I really like using the Alta Ambipoly reed! It was suggested I try it when I called to ask about my ligature purchase a while back. I believe I’m on my 3rd or 4th now.
