Warranty Terms

Silverstein Works products are fully warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the specific period as stated on the product manual.


The product is warrantied against stretching, morphing or unnatural changes from normal use.


The warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, wear and tear and other exclusions.


If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product without charge or replace it at our discretion.


The black rubber pads under the bridge of a ligature are CONSUMABLE parts. Its sole purpose is to prevent minor damage to the mouthpiece. Normal wear and tear is expected. The ligature can sound better if the pad is removed. However, If you want, Silverstein Works will repair/replace it at a reasonable rate.


This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or negligence. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate.


The product must be sent for warranty service with all parts included. Any missing parts will void the warranty or will be charged to the customer.


The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for any warranty services.

Your serial number can be found under the bridge of ligature or on a bag tag card of Ambipoly reed.

Provide us a name of shop you have purchase our product. This information MUST match with your receipt uploaded. Warranty does not apply to “used product” or any product without original receipt.
