John Burton is from Gilbert Arizona where he studied clarinet with Dr. Stefanie Gardner. He now attends Brigham Young University where he is pursuing a degree in clarinet performance with Dr. Jaren Hinckley. He has won many local solo and chamber competitions as well as playing in several national honor ensembles.
