Monthly Subscription Service

Subscription customers in USA

1. ALTA reeds will be delivered every month so that you can always use fresh reeds.
2. Check all reeds carefully and find if there are any unplayable reed.
3. Find the return address sticker inside the ALTA package. Fill out all information and attach to back side of the sleeve.
4. Make sure you write your subscription order number on the mailing sticker.
5. Put the sleeve on the package or any envelope of your choice.
6. Attach proper postage to the return address sticker.
7. You will receive new reeds by mail in few days. All return will be sent by standard mail (USPS).

Subscription customers outside of USA

1. ALTA reeds will be delivered every month so that you can always use fresh reeds.
2. Check all reeds carefully and find if there are any unplayable reed.
3. Subscription order will be covered by the warranty replacement service for customers in ALL countries outside of USA.
4. Simply submit your replacement request via REQUEST FORM.
5. The replacement reed(s) will be shipped with next month delivery.

Single purchase

CUSTOMERS IN USA

1. Purchase ALTA reeds from your local music shop or our online store.
2. Check all reeds carefully and find if there are any unplayable reed.
3. Find the return address sticker inside the ALTA package. Fill out all information and attach to back side of the sleeve.
4. Include a copy of original receipt in the return package. All warranty returns should be completed within 30 days of purchase.
5. Put the sleeve on the package.
6. Attach proper postage to the return address sticker.
7. You will receive new reeds by mail in few days. All return will be sent by standard mail (USPS).

Buy Now

Customers outside USA

1. Purchase ALTA reeds from your local music shop.
2. Check all reeds carefully and find if there is any unplayable reed.
3. Bring those reeds back to the store you have purchased.
4. Present original receipt to the store. All warranty return should be completed within 30 days of purchase.
5. You will receive new reed from the store as the replacement. We recommend you to call your store before visiting for the replacement service. If the replacement reed is not available immediately, the store may need to schedule your visit.

*. You may buy ALTA reeds as a single purchase from our online shop. However, replacement service for this type of purchase is not available outside of USA.

Common Rules

* No cherry picking – Only non-usable, unplayable reeds will be eligible to be returned for replacement. * Any reed showing signs of extended use will not be accepted for replacement. * Replacement for alternate reed strength is not permitted.
